OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

• If You are not Satisfied with Your Purchase, We will Refund your money on Brand New Merchandise Within 14 days of Order Placement that has all original Tags and Packaging Minus the Shipping Costs.

• Purchases that qualified for Free Shipping will still be deducted if Order is Returned.

• No Refunds or Exchanges on Altered Items.

• You Must email us first for an exchange with your order number.

• If your order is past the 14 days exchange time then the sale is considered final.

• Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

• We are happy to accept an exchange as long as the merchandise is still brand new in original condition with original packaging that is re-sellable.

• Dress Shirts Can Only Be Exchange Unopened; We will not exchange  for any opened Dress Shirts.

• Special Orders are Nonexchangeable and Nonrefundable; "Special orders" apply to items that have to be ordered or altered.

• Please email us for a Return Authorization code Request and you will be instructed on how to mail Your Order; Any Package Returned without a Return Authorization Code Will Be Refused.

• We  recommend  that  you  send  your  package  via  insured  parcel  post  or  other  traceable  method.

• Customers  are  responsible  for  the  safe  return  of  merchandise.

• Napoly Menswear is  not  responsible  for  returns  until  they  are  received  in  our  store.
